Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical products. The role also covers collection of items from suppliers, deliveries to clients, and performing errands to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming medical products and supplies.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch items for delivery to hospitals, clinics, and clients.
• Assist in accurate inventory monitoring and conduct regular stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and proper handling of goods.
• Collect items, documents, or supplies from suppliers or partner facilities.
• Deliver products, documents, or other items to clients, hospitals, and offices.
• Assist in collection of payments from clients during deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and turnover.
• Perform other warehouse-related and logistical support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: ✓ At least High School Graduate (Vocational/College level preferred). ✓ Experience in warehouse or logistics work is an advantage but not required. ✓ With valid driver’s license is an advantage. ✓ Trustworthy and responsible, especially in handling products and payments. ✓ Flexible and willing to perform both warehouse and field errands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
