Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Inward & Outward QR Code Scanning.
• Label and store products using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery or internal use.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock counts.
• Load and unload trucks and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (required for some delivery tasks).
• Fork Lift Operation.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• (bending, standing, walking).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory
• software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
