Warehouse Assistant

TerarMail Digital Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Brisbane-based operations team. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and efficient warehouse processes.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics, stock handling, and order fulfilment activities to ensure smooth operational flow.

About the Role

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for receiving, organising, and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will work closely with the operations team to support inventory control and timely order processing.

This position offers stable employment within a structured and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Assist with labelling, sorting, and organising stock
• Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages promptly
• Support general warehouse operations as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
• Ability to lift and move items safely (in accordance with workplace guidelines)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
