Warehouse Associate

Sight & Sound Productions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our event production operations by managing the movement, organization, and maintenance of our audiovisual and event inventory.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Print and process daily pull sheets to support event logistics
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment skillfully and safely
• Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and tracked
• Assist production teams with preparing and scanning equipment for events
• Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly
• Perform light repairs on warehouse cases, shelving, and other equipment
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented work environment
• Attend weekly team meetings and follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills (including physical requirements):

• Detail-oriented, organized and multi-task capable.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift or move at least 50 pounds. Drive as needed.
• Must be a team player with solid communication skills.
• Must have and maintain valid Florida’s driver’s licenses.
• Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift and reach truck.
• Minimum PC knowledge including Windows, Office, typing and the ability to learn various databases and software like Flex.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of audio-visual/event industry including equipment and event production.
• Prior warehouse and logistics experience.
