Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols. Associates will gain logistics experience and knowledge of retail warehousing. Associates also enjoy discount benefits across all Island Snow locations as well as Stussy Honolulu. Refrigerator, microwave, and water cooler provided. Basic computer knowledge required (basic Excel and Webpage function). Forklift operation not necessary.

Hours of operation: 7:00-4:00 Monday; 7:30-4:30 Tuesday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Perform heavy lifting and materials handling as needed.
• Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and assist with packaging operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution and management.
• Familiarity with computer functions.
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
