Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving, order picking, operating forklifts, and performing general warehouse duties to support day-to-day logistics and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
• Prepare and package outbound orders for timely and accurate shipment
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders in accordance with company procedures
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies safely and efficiently
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and freight carriers
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation as required
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment preferred
• Valid forklift certification is a bonus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory systems and documentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to changing temperatures
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
