Warehouse Coordinator

College Graduate of any Business course or other related courses, 4-year course or more

Other administrative and clerical work.

Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience is preferred. fresh graduates are also welcome .

With knowledge in warehousing, inventory and picking

With knowledge in cycle count and reconciling variances is advantage

Detail oriented and analytical

Good oral and written skills in English and Filipino

Matured, organized and independent

Prepares and manages correspondence, reports and minutes of the meetings.
Calls, emails, and coordinates with suppliers/clients;
Attends to highly confidential tasks, meetings and take and transcribe notes.
Complete assignments and work as assigned by the President.
Ensures that all management memos and files are properly recorded, filed and cascaded to all staff and department heads.
Excellent oral and written skills
Smart, fast and efficient worker
Must possess strong attention to detail
Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)
Calls and Emails professionally

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Monday to Saturday

Willing to work in Angono, Rizal
