Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at the Ashley Furniture Distribution Center in Summerville, SC. In this role, you will be essential in assisting the warehouse manager oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction through order scheduling, efficient routing, product receiving and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders.
• Coordinate with distribution center staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment usage.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Strong skills in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory tracking.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
