Warehouse Data Entry Associate

Job description:

Alpha EMS Corporation, an electronic contract manufacturer, is looking for talented and motivated candidates for warehouse, the main job would be Warehouse Data Entry duties and responsibilities include:

1. Data entry, making charts & graphs

2. Make, revise, file and distribute documents

3. General document control activities

4. Making shipping labels for outgoing products

5. Help answer phone calls when needed

6. Update training records

7. Perform internal ESD, shelf life and ISO audits

8. Basic Understanding of Manufacturing processes

9. Organizing the Stockroom

10. Handle warehouse receipts

11. Other Duties Assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills

2. Attention to details and problem-solving skills

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Prior admin and document control a plus

5. Lifting up to 30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office Excel: 1-2 years (Required)

• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Vietnamese (Required)
