Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of materials from order to job site. This role is responsible for turning approved Bills of Materials into Purchase Orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials are received, staged, and ready for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn approved Bills of Materials into Purchase Orders and place orders with vendors
  • Track ETAs and follow up with suppliers to meet job timelines
  • Receive, check, and stage materials for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and reorder points
  • Handle returns and repairs promptly
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
  • Ensure job materials are staged and organized for deployment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or purchasing
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Card Access Systems would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,899.00-$53,000.00 per year
