RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics Planning and Coordination

• Work closely with the production and sales teams to prioritise and fulfill client order deadlines

• Plan and schedule outbound shipments and deliveries

• Prepare packing labels and assist the packing team when required

• Ensure accurate documentation (e.g., Delivery Orders, Packing Lists) for all shipments

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and industry standards

• Track and report delivery status; resolve any logistics issues promptly

• Liaise with clients on logistics-related matters
  

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

• Coordinate with internal departments on material and product movement
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts)

• Good understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry compliance standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel — must be able to clean up and organise packing list data from clients, and convert it into accurate packing labels for the production team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
