Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting our SmartBuildings, data center builds, hospital construction projects, and low voltage system deployments. The role involves full lifecycle tracking of materials and equipment—from intake to dispatch—ensuring timely delivery and availability at job sites for commissioning.

This position requires a strong background in inventory control and warehouse management and a working knowledge of ConnectWise for tracking project materials, asset movements, and field team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, organization, and dispatch of low voltage materials, IT equipment, and construction inventory
• Use ConnectWise to track materials per job ticket, monitor usage, and ensure accurate project allocation
• Coordinate kitting, staging, and delivery logistics with field technicians and project managers
• Maintain real-time inventory records; conduct audits and cycle counts regularly
• Oversee warehouse staff and enforce safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards
• Resolve discrepancies in deliveries, damaged goods, or backorders with vendors
• Support procurement and project operations teams with material forecasts and delivery timelines
• Optimize warehouse layout and implement best practices for material flow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management
• 8+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in construction, low voltage, or IT services
• Strong familiarity with ConnectWise for inventory, ticket tracking, or logistics support
• Skilled in using barcode systems, inventory software, and warehouse tools
• Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA/forklift certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
