Warehouse Manager

We are a fast-growing company in the outdoor living / construction space, known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Managerto keep our operations running smoothly, optimize inventory usage, and ensure that our field teams have what they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient space.
• Manage and track all inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Coordinate and manage the Delivery Driver schedule (equipment scheduling/dispatch).
• Drop off machinery and tools to job sites as needed.
• Receive deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Review job orders to determine if items can be pulled from existing inventory before purchasing new materials.
• Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Prior warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
• Bonus program tied to efficient use of existing inventory
