Warehouse Manager

CO-Energy has an opening for a Warehouse Manager working at our Moses Lake, WA facility.

For over 38 years, CO-Energy has been a leading northwest distributor of fuels and lubricants supplying a variety of customers including many in the construction and agriculture industries. As we continue to grow and staff our new Moses Lake facility, the Warehouse Manager will be an important part of team that contributes to our mission of providing excellent customer service.

The standard work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday early day-shift starting around 7:00 am.

Depending on customer needs overtime hours could occasionally be required either by additional daily hours or added weekend shifts.

COMPENSATION

• Starting wage is between $26 & $30 per hour - depending on experience and qualifications

Tasks, Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Support the sales team with customer order fulfillment
• Stock and keep inventory of all products that move in and out of the Warehouse
• Prepare and stage customer orders for delivery and/or pick-up
• Verify and quality check written and verbal customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Deliver and pick-up products as needed to customer sites and locations
  
• Address and resolve errors and issues involving customer orders, inventory management and paperwork as applicable
• Load and unload freight (ordered products and other inventory) into delivery trucks, customer vehicles and other applicable locations
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Follow written and verbal directions accurately and complete assigned work in a timely manner
  
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and well maintained to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Work safely following all safety rules

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience working in a warehouse, distribution center or order fulfillment environment
• 1-2 years experience managing inventory (ordering, receiving, organizing and shipping)
• At least 1 year of direct customer service experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
• Ability to understand and complete basic math problems
• Ability to quickly learn CO-Energy warehouse procedures and processes and complete with accuracy and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and complete tasks in a timely manner and on schedule
• Ability to exercise effective judgement and be flexible to changing needs and situations

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience working in a warehouse, distribution center or order fulfillment environment
• 2-4 years experience managing inventory (ordering, receiving, organizing and shipping)
• Experience working with fuel and lubrication products

Physical Conditions of this Job:

The Warehouse Manager position requires the following physical abilities:

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment in all weather conditions that are often warm and cold
• Ability to operate a forklift regularly and consistently throughout the workday (previous experience not required)
• Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly without assistance
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to regularly reach and bend while carrying freight of various sized and weights
