Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, distribution, shipping and receiving, and team supervision. Your leadership will ensure seamless logistics processes, optimize warehouse efficiency, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Work with B to C and B to B customers on accepted and fulfilling orders.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems KATANA platform to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to logistics schedules.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline materials handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities.
• Operate and oversee the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
• Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records, manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) relationships, and oversee inventory audits.
• Lead efforts in continuous process improvement initiatives related to warehouse management systems and logistics workflows.
• Manual lifting of 50lbs. of feed is required on a daily bases to form customer orders and load out customers purchases.

Skills

• Extensive experience in warehouse management with a strong background in inventory management and control.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment; prior warehouse supervisor experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of logistics operations including 3PL coordination, shipping & receiving procedures, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and other inventory tracking tools like Materials Handling systems.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements efficiently.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
