Warehouse Operations Manager

We are:

- 247 Fulfillment - a Third Party Logistics (3PL) company. We ship for some of the most innovative brands in Canada and the US.

- A group of high performers, like you, where one well-paid A-player is worth five C-players.

- Growing so fast there are people here who started at minimum wage and are in management roles 2 years

later.

What we do:

Run a Fulfillment center for eCommerce companies: A big warehouse with thousands of products and millions of pieces of inventory. We pick, pack, and ship orders to our clients' customers all over the world. We'll ship a few hundred thousand shipments this yea.

What You’ll Do:

-You will be integral in establishing our Delta, BC location - using our learnings and SOPs from our flagship Ontario location to build a duplicate operation in the West Coast

-You will run the site in its entirety - from receiving and shipping to supply and labor management

-Ensure the place stays clean and up to standard

-Communicate with key clients to ensure everything runs smooth

-Heavy B2B and Costco Roadshow work at the beginning, eventually adding in lots of ecommerce capabilities

- Lead a team of All-Stars, of your choosing. You need to be comfortable delegating -- we have enough perfectionists.

- Be responsible for everything that arrives at our Delta, BC location, deciding where it goes, keeping it deadly accurate, and storing it as efficiently as possible. You will be in charge of receiving accurately, setting up locations, helping set up our new location, manage inventory and outbound.

- Be on your feet. This is a 20% desk job.

- Be the master of your domain. You answer directly to the COO. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, and you'll be supported.

What You Bring to the Table:

- A proven track record in inventory management—preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead without hesitation.

- An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills that make you the go-to person in any situation.
