About the role:

• Oversee day-to-day activities within distribution centers, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing warehousing practices

• Implement and monitor SOPs for inventory management, order fulfilment, and stock reconciliation collaborating closely with our 3PL/4PL

• Drive initiatives to improve picking, packing, and shipping efficiency

• Analyze warehouse capacity, forecast future storage needs, and plan for peak periods and growth

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and Project teams to optimize inventory allocations and balance stock across sites

• Develop contingency plans to handle capacity constraints and surge volumes

• Evaluate and enhance the logistics network for optimal service coverage and cost Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments, redesign routes, or add/discontinue warehouse sites

• Monitor key network KPI’s—service levels, transit times, cost-to-serve—and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Work closely with transport providers, 3PLs, and internal teams to synchronize network operations

• Support cross-functional projects, including digital transformation and automation in warehouse and logistics systems

• Lead initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact within warehousing and logistics networks
