Warehouse Operative

The successful candidate will be required to oversee daily warehouse duties, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Director

Examples of daily tasks would include (non exhaustive)

• Coordination of daily warehouse duties, preparing orders for deliveries (building pallets, labelling and performing quality checks)
• Managing employee schedules
• Overseeing employee performance in relation to daily tasks
• Assisting in the management of stock takes and cycle counts
• Organisation of daily and weekly Goods In and Goods Out schedule
• Checking for any damages or discrepancies on material arriving
• Ensuring the correct completion of documentation and computer records
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems such as Microsoft AX and Oracle
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Performing all warehouse tasks efficiently, maintaining product, inventory, and process integrity in accordance with SOPs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in GMP Warehouse is an advantage
• Training or experience on Isle master an advantage
• Ad Hoc Duties as required

This role will also include a level of quality control and a good understanding of Quality Management Systems would be beneficial.

Previous supervisor/management experience essential and experience is a food/pharma warehouse environment would be an advantage

Pay: From €38,000.00 per year
