Your New Role
Are you a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with experience in warehouse operations? Are you looking for a role that plays a vital part in fulfilling customer orders while upholding safety standards? As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for handling, checking, and recording goods within our warehouse environment. This pivotal role involves efficiently managing the movement of products while adhering to Survitec's safety standards. You will be a key player in customer order fulfilment, contributing to the success of our operations. Join us as a Warehouse Operative at our Findon site and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Check and handle incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and proper recording.
  • Adhere to Survitec standards for safe storage and handling, including the use of machinery.
  • Efficiently pick and pack goods based on customer and service station orders, maintaining accurate records.
  • Safely load and unload pallets and goods.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, complete necessary paperwork, and update systems.
  • Transport goods within the site or to other locations, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform inventory control checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate equipment and machinery, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Follow mandatory work instructions and use personal protection equipment as required.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance operational skills.
  • Maintain knowledge of Survitec policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
  • Uphold Survitec Values and contribute to an inclusive and safe work environment

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:
  • Education: Secondary school level with GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Preferred warehouse experience.
  • Forklift certificate.
