About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, stock control, forklift operation, and small local deliveries.

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, be confident working independently, and have strong “goods in & goods out” experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Managing goods in and goods out
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock control and stock take management
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Carrying out small local deliveries when required
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Working closely with the warehouse and office team

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence (counterbalance or reach)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong knowledge of goods in/goods out procedures
• Experience with stock control and stock taking
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
• Good communication and time-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
