Role and Responsibilities
Checking in goods daily from multiple carriers.
Barcode and processing all goods for outbound delivery.
Checking in National and International shipments.
Creating delivery labels and dockets for multiple carriers.
Daily use of various inhouse and external systems.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding services, orders, and account inquiries.
Take bookings from customers by phone and process orders accurately
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Daily use of various in-house and external systems.
Deal with third party carriers when required
Requirements
Fluent English, oral and written
Good communication and IT literate.
Able to work as part of a team.
Able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
€14.15 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€38,591.26 per year
Work Location: In person
