Warehouse Receiver

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Receiver plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and quality-assured receipt of goods into the warehouse. This position involves the inspection, verification, documentation, and organized handling of incoming deliveries. The ideal candidate will uphold inventory integrity and support warehouse operations by identifying discrepancies, applying FIFO procedures, and facilitating efficient material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept deliveries of incoming goods based on purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Inspect items for damage, incorrect quantity, or mismatched product codes
• Tag, label, and segregate goods for quality assurance and returns when necessary
• Record details of received items in manual logbooks or system-based platforms (e.g., PO, sales invoices, DRs)
• Prepare and submit receiving reports and exception documentation
• Coordinate with QA, purchasing, and suppliers regarding issues with deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records in alignment with FIFO practices
• Assist in stock organization, labeling, and rotation
• Ensure picking accuracy by matching items against picklists and verifying product codes and quantities
• Adhere to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness guidelines
• Support periodic cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course or vocational program
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in warehouse operations
• Proficient in receiving, inspecting, and documenting goods
• Familiarity with both manual and digital documentation methods
• Ability to identify incomplete, incorrect, or damaged deliveries
• Knowledge of basic inventory procedures and FIFO system
• Skilled in accurate item picking based on picklists and inventory systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,200.00 per month
