ABOUT THE ROLE

As one of our first hires, you will be a Silk + Sonder company culture champion, and will be instrumental in building an amazing company foundation! We are looking for folks who are excited about getting in on the ground floor and shaping the culture of the Warehouse team while being at the forefront of elevating emotional health!

You primary responsibilities will be but not limited to the following

Responsibilities

• Receive in shipments and stage pallets/shipments accordingly
• Restocking product from pallets onto shelving units
• Packing and shipping
• Box building and breakdown
• Warehouse upkeep
• Inventory/ cycle count

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operating pallet jack
• Warehouse experience 1-2 years (preferred)
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Keen eye for detail

Physical Requirements

• Stand 90% of the time – Work areas are stationary
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Bend, lift above head, and reach
• Promote safety

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• Pallet jack: 1 year (Required)
