Warehouse Staff

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. This role supports accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and timely fulfillment of company requirements while maintaining safety and cleanliness within the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Properly store, label, and organize items in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare, pick, pack, and issue items for dispatch or internal requisitions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or pilferage
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Service teams regarding stock availability and movement
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse at all times
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Immediate Superior
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
• Familiarity with the IBAS system and basic MS Office applications is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
