Warehouse Staff (Materials Prep) - Sta. Ana, Manila (Commissary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries of food, supplies, and other commissary items.
• Retrieve, measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to batch sheets or production requirements
• Verify material specifications and expiration dates to ensure compliance
• Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items according to safety and inventory control guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and issue commissary orders for internal distribution.
• Rotate stock to minimize waste and spoilage; monitor expiration dates and product condition.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and audits; report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, cold storage, and loading areas.
• Follow commissary policies, food safety protocols, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a commissary, food service, or institutional setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety standards.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying materials as needed and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FIFO, and other food storage practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
