Warehouse Supervisor

This role is critical for maintaining the traceability of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance. A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing a company's stock levels, tracking movement, and ensuring data accuracy within inventory systems.

Operations Management

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure timely order picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet demand
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock levels

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation (FIFO)

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and performance
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock
• Analyze data to improve efficiency

Staff Supervision

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Handle disciplinary actions when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Preferably can start ASAP
