Scene Cleaners needs a crew chief who can build our mitigation department from where it is to where it needs to be. You know restoration. You've run crews. You've seen companies do it right and do it wrong.

Maybe you're at one of the big corporate franchises. You're good at what you do. But you're stuck. The advancement isn't coming. The corporate ladder has too many people on it. You've got ideas but no one's listening.

We want someone who's done this for 5+ years minimum. Someone who wants to lead, not just manage. Someone who sees the opportunity to build something significant.

This isn't about following someone else's playbook. You'll have input. You'll have authority. You'll have the room to grow this thing.

Pay is commensurate with experience. If you're good, you'll know what you're worth.

Located in the Chicago area (60101). If you're ready to build, let's talk.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
