Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout breakfast hours
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays and ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, food prep stations, and serving utensils in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, serving, and replenishing buffet or menu items as needed
• Support catering or banquet setups for special weekend events or large groups
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, handle guest inquiries professionally, and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering environments preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Background in restaurant or hospitality settings, including banquet or catering experience, is advantageous
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Ability to work early mornings on weekends with energy and enthusiasm to create memorable guest experiences
