POSITION SUMMARY

Cleaning, grinding, and removing spatter from welded parts, while performing quality checks on completed parts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grinding and Clearing welded parts of excess spatter.
• Responsible for operating tools including grinders and sanders.
• Quality check on completed parts looking for pinholes, contamination or other defects.
• Working independently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Focuses on continuous improvement by identifying, eliminating and preventing obstacles to efficient product flow, quality, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
