Wellness Concierge Nurse (Lvn)

We are seeking a PRN Wellness Concierge Nurse (LVN) to join our team! This PRN, hybrid role blends clinical coordination, post-procedure follow-ups, and high-touch concierge care to support clients receiving aesthetic and wellness services. Ideal candidates are professional, articulate, and experienced in aesthetics or wellness. Must hold an active Texas LVN license and carry individual malpractice insurance.

Position Overview:
As a PRN Wellness Concierge Nurse (LVN), you will support client care by delivering exceptional follow-up, coordinating wellness and aesthetic services, and providing education in a professional, client-centered environment. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an innovative, wellness-driven practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-procedure and appointment follow-ups
• Schedule patient appointments
• Escalate clinical concerns as needed
• Educate patients on services, membership programs, and follow-up care
• Support patient retention through electronic reminders and outreach
• Recommend complementary treatments based on patient goals

Requirements:

• Current Texas LVN license (required)
• Active individual malpractice insurance (required by time of hiring)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and professionalism
• Experience in wellness, med spa, or concierge settings
• EMR and CRM experience (preferred)
