We’re looking for a qualified Wellness Partner (Caregiver) Level 2 or Level 3 to join our warm and supportive team at Ivy Home (Hospital level of care), Strathallan Healthcare.

About the Role:
As a Wellness Partner, you’ll work closely with our Nurses and clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Your role is vital in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents by supporting them with their daily needs and encouraging independence, dignity, and joy in everyday moments. This is a permanent part-time position working 9 shifts over a 2 week roster.
