Westmount Store - Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.
• Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Build a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
• Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.
• Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the Store Manager in using social media.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through running enthusiasm.
• Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
