Work From Home Sales & Service Agent

We are searching for an enthusiastic sales and service agent to join our team. Our team works from their dedicated home office taking inbound calls selling creative fruit arrangements and specialty gifts.

Expectations:

• Engage with inbound calls with a high level of quality customer service.
• Sell and upsell products.
• Discover caller’s needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
• Provide information on products, order status and answer general questions.
• Resolve challenges and coordinate follow up resolutions.
• Become knowledgeable with products, services, and policies to ensure a positive experience.
• Promote brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members on feedback and scenarios to improve future service.
• Meet service goals for call handling and quality.

Skills Preferred:

• Experienced in sales and customer service
• Proficient communication in English
• Maintain a professional and positive tone
• Critical thinking and initiative
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php235.00 per hour
