- **Weekly Earnings:** Get paid every week for the hours you work plus any weekly bonuses. (Hours and bonuses are tracked Monday–Sunday and paid out by Friday.)

**Promotion to Lead Technician:**

After maintaining 30+ consecutive days of clean, complaint-free service, receiving at least 5 customer reviews with your name, and demonstrating the ability to train new technicians, you can qualify for Lead Technician status. Lead Tech benefits include:

- An additional pay raise of **$2–$3 per hour**

- **$50 extra per week** for each tech you help train/manage

- A **$100 monthly bonus** for sustaining high team standards

- Priority assignments on high-value jobs and customer tips

- **Job Excellence:** Complete every assignment thoroughly—quality is key.

- **Document Your Work:** Take before-and-after photos for every job to ensure transparency and record quality.

- **Encourage Feedback:** Ask homeowners for reviews after delivering exceptional service.

- **Effective Communication:** Keep in contact with the sales team; report any job issues immediately.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Ensure your tools and gear are clean, organized, and ready for the next assignment.
