Key Responsibities
Manage the business line Workforce in alignment with the GBD & HR Strategy: workforce baseline, skills evolution, tactical action plans.
Shape the Workforce to face future challenges and meet the Global Business Line strategic objectives.
Workforce Control
- Define the organisation workforce strategy aligned with policies, business objectives and constraints.
- Liaise with leadership on the evolution of workforce resources.
- Use workforce optimisation software to improve efficiency and forecast staffing needs after taking into account metrics like geomix, cost per head, etc.
- Pilot budget forecast, develop and implement staffing and metric models, reporting and analysis.
- Ensure the appropriate sourcing mix for the opened positions for both internal and external needs.
Workforce Management
- Anticipate and plan the future workforce capacity and capability requirements.
- Produce and analyse the reporting needed to anticipate and track workforce needs and workforce evolution.
- Report on workforce evolution and associated costs.
- Ensure that necessary decisions to meet business, financial and customer requirements are taken.
- Pinpoint measures to enhance the workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess hiring needs based on business priorities.
- Manage Workforce suppliers with regular governance, evolution tracking and escalation management.
- Validate workforce management plans with the COO and HR Director.
Learning & Development
- Train hiring managers and resource managers on the use of workforce processes and tools.
- Regular communication update on workforce guidelines and train hiring managers in regards with those evolutions (processes & tools).
Enhancement
- Develop policies that guide workforce management positively and work with the community of Worldline workforce managers.
- Ensure communication of these policies, procedures and compliance.
- Assess the good understanding of these policies and procedures compliance.
- Participate on initiatives /projects to ensure alignment between business needs and HR actions related to workforce staffing and composition.
