Working Site Foreman/Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a Working Site Foreman / Carpenter to join our construction team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience running a crew of tradesmen, meeting strict deadlines and completing works to a high standard.

The majority of our projects are Dublin based, in Residential Extensions / Renovations, Pre '63 Properties, and Commercial Renovations. We do take on a wide range of projects, please see our website for our full list of services.

Duties include:

· Supervise and coordinate construction activities.

· Conduct quality control inspections.

· Manage project schedules.

· Oversee employees & sub-contractors.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

· Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certificates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €45,461.83-€70,495.05 per year
