The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller & Parts Manager. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow in the workshop while also overseeing the ordering, inventory, and distribution of vehicle parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate workshop workload and maximise productivity.
• Carry out job card reviews, ensure accurate job costing, and maintain high customer service standards.
• Manage parts ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure all parts are available for upcoming jobs and keep downtime to a minimum.
• Liaise with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication between the workshop and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and health & safety-compliant workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Workshop Controller and/or Parts Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good computer literacy and understanding of garage management systems.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
• A team player with a hands-on attitude.

Pay: €42,000.00 per year
