We are currently seeking a dependable and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Yard Associate.

Position Overview

As a Yard Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for organizing materials, pulling orders, assisting customers at the counter, and maintaining an efficient, clean, and safe yard and warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pull and stage materials for upcoming residential and commercial fence projects
• Organize and maintain yard and warehouse inventory
• Assist customers and contractors with over-the-counter sales and pickups
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
• Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (if certified)
• Keep yard, warehouse, and loading areas clean and organized
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Work closely with installers and office staff to ensure job readiness
• Assist with deliveries or other duties as assigned

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly
• Experience in a warehouse, yard, or construction environment preferred
• Forklift experience (preferred, not required)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Dependability is non-negotiable

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
