About the role

We’re hiring a commercially-minded Account Manager to lead a critical transition phase for our global client base. In July 2025, TestGorilla is launching its 4th Generation platform — a major evolution from standalone assessments to a full sourcing and evaluation solution. This shift comes with a new usage-based pricing model and expanded feature set.

Your mission? Take ownership of a portfolio of ~150–200 accounts, including strategic global enterprises, staffing firms, and BPOs. You'll drive adoption of the new platform, migrate clients off legacy plans, and help scale consumption across our new solution suite. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and operational efficiency — knowing where to go deep and where to scale using automation. You’ll work in tight partnership with Customer Success to create seamless transitions, unlock value, and grow NRR.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead commercial strategy and execution across your book of ~150–200 global accounts including some based in the Americas time zone (between UTC-8:00 ~ UTC-4:00)
  • Drive migration from legacy plans to our new Gen-4 platform, ensuring clients adopt new features and embrace the usage-based model
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential accounts for expansion and multi-year conversion
  • Partner with CS to deliver high-impact onboarding, QBRs, and success planning
  • Analyse usage data to uncover opportunities and inform account strategy
  • Manage the full renewal cycle, from stakeholder alignment to contract negotiation
  • Build scalable processes using automation, but tailor your approach where it counts
  • Share learnings and feedback to help shape our GTM playbook and customer journey
  • Act like an owner — contribute ideas, challenge the status quo, and help raise the bar

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • A track record of growing revenue across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • A commercial mindset with strong operational chops — you know how to prioritise, execute, and repeat at scale
  • Experience working with recruitment, staffing, or talent tech clients — you speak their language and understand their challenges
  • High tech fluency — you're already using AI, automation, and modern tools to drive smarter GTM motions
  • The confidence to lead change and the curiosity to keep learning
  • A bias for ownership, not just activity — you don't wait for permission to improve the way things work
