Responsibilities include:

• Data entry
• Assist the controller in sending invoices for multiple companies
• A/R and A/P functions
• GST / QST Remittance
• DAS Remittance
• Payroll
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Other general administrative office tasks

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Post-secondary education in a related field (Accounting, Administration or Finance)
• Experience with the Sage 50 software suite (2 year minimum)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fluency (written and spoken) in French and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Problem solving skills
• Organized
• Attention to detail
• Shows initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

• bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
