Accounts Payable Specialist

Classic Aire Care is an HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service company in need of a Accounts Payable Specialist to assist our amazing Accounting Department

Duties:

· Daily processing of 200+ vendor invoices including printing all invoices from invoice email folder

· Three-way match – PO to Receiver to Invoice

· Weekly check run processing.

· Weekly payment processing via vendor portals

· Work with 3rd party ERP system

· Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements

· Review of open receivers in accounting system

· Research invoice discrepancies

· Work with PO producers to resolve discrepancies.

· Track vendor returns to ensure credit memos are received

· Calculate early pay discounts.

· Manage credit card transactions and record weekly credit card payments.

· Various tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Microsoft Excel experience required

· Prior experience working in the HVAC industry is a plus

· Ability to thrive in a fast past environment

· Ability work well with members of all departments

· Excellent oral and written skills

· Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently

· Friendly, courteous, and professional

· Service Titan experience a plus

· Sage Intacct experience a plus

· Mineral Tree experience a plus
