In this position, you will actively contribute to the high growth of the Group. You will be trained and involved in a large variety of operational matters and get the opportunity to take initiative and ownership. Please note that the role requires French proficiency.

YOUR SCOPE
Finance:
- Preparation and sending of customer invoices (daily, monthly and group invoicing).
- Management of supplier invoices: handling dedicated inboxes, tracking documents, resolving discrepancies and coordinating with financial partners.
- Verification of contracts and internal data; creation and validation of orders in accounting systems prior to invoicing.
- Daily bank matching and monitoring of incoming payments, including customer follow-up when needed.
- Management of reminders and the dunning process; analysis of special cases.
- Resolution of operational financial issues (urgent requests, inconsistencies, cross-department needs).
- Participation in accounting follow-up meetings, process improvements and account cleanup.
- Verification and creation of specific orders (e.g., gas orders) and follow-up of their invoicing.
- Involvement in internal projects and transversal support for the finance team.
- Support with internal and external re-invoicing.
Administration:
- Management of administrative email inboxes, sorting and responding to internal and external requests.
- Reception, distribution and sending of mail, including the preparation of official correspondence.
- Maintenance of organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Management of administrative material: onboarding equipment for new employees and collection during offboarding.
- Phone reception and directing callers appropriately.
Office Management:
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional reception experience.
- Management of meeting room bookings, equipment and proper functioning of workspaces.
- Monitoring office cleanliness and coordination with cleaning providers.
- Managing office, kitchen and bathroom supplies; stock monitoring.
- Organizing routine purchases and anticipating team needs.
- Providing operational support for urgent requests from various departments.
Support & Coordination:
- Administrative and logistical support for management and operational teams.
- Participation in the preparation of internal reports and analyses.
- Assistance in coordinating cross-departmental projects.
- Providing versatile support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor/Master Student (EHL, HEC, Business, Administration)
- High Sense of service, hands-on attitude, and interest in operational matters
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills, knowledge of Mac OS a plus
- Strong adaptability to a fast-changing environment
- Problem solving & time management skills
- Self- starter, good communication, team player
- High level of accuracy, attention to details
- French (mother tongue / bilingual) mandatory / English (advanced)/ German: a strong plus
