The Automotive Salesperson will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and expert product knowledge.

Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts and greeting customers coming thru the door
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, highlighting high-end models and upselling opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, utilizing excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing detailed product information and financing options.
• Provide ongoing sales support by following up with previous clients for repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual abilities (preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• High level of professionalism, motivation, and a proactive approach to building customer relationships.
