Automotive Tint Installer/Rust Protection Installer

Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED window tinter to join our team! We have been servicing dealerships in the surrounding area since 1988. We are looking for someone who will be able to maintain the level of professionalism and quality that we provide to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and will be willing to help out wherever needed to help our business run efficiently. We will also require the candidate for this position to rust proof on days where the rust protection bay is busy. If you are someone who looks for every day to be a different challenge and opportunity, this is the job for you. A background in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Duties

• Apply window tint film to various types of vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing any debris or contaminants before installation.
• Ensure new vehicles from dealerships are not damaged before and after you work on the vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with general cleaning of the shop. (taking out garbage, sweeping, mopping, etc)
• Drive vehicles to and from dealerships if needed.
• Rust proof vehicles on days where the rust proof bay is busy.
• Assist with heavy lifting as needed (remove car seats or wheels from inside the vehicle).
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Help out with ceramic coating installations when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven previous 3 years' experience in window tinting or a related field is required.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus (helping to boost vehicle batteries, taking off door panels, etc)
• Experience driving vehicles with manual transmission is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position and a clean driving history.
• Clean criminal record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
