Business Development Manager - Life Science

Ventures Accelerated supports Nordic life-science start-ups in investor relations, go-to-market strategy, and business development. We help innovative ventures secure funding, enter new markets, and connect with global investors.
As Business Development Manager, you will lead client projects and drive growth initiatives across our life-science portfolio. You will:
Develop and maintain investor materials, data rooms, and outreach campaigns.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies based on market research and opportunity analysis.
Strengthen client and company visibility through LinkedIn thought-leadership and events.
Co-organize investor networking activities to foster strategic partnerships.
Manage junior BD team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You bring 3+ years of experience in life-science business development or investor relations, strong communication skills in English (Swedish a plus), and the ability to manage multiple projects.
