Cabinet Maker/Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our woodworking and cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing custom cabinets. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial installations, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. Candidates with strong carpentry skills and experience in woodworking are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and furniture.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
• Measure materials precisely to ensure proper fit and finish according to project specifications.
• Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve desired aesthetic results.
• Install cabinetry securely in various settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate fabrication.
• Experience with woodworking techniques including assembly, sanding, finishing, and installation.
• Familiarity with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools (drills, routers), CNC machinery, and construction equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or installation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
