Catering Assistant

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a catering assistant to join our team in a busy cafe in Ballybricken.

The hours are 21 per week, working any 3-5 days out of 6 (Sundays are closed) as per roster.

Key responsibilities to include:

Food & beverage preparation and service in line with HACCP procedures

Excellent customer service

Cash Handling

Preparation of hot beverages

Maintenance of cafe and kitchen duties

Following food safety guidelines

Cleaning

Ideal candidate will:

Be enthusiastic, energetic and hard working

Be passionate about good food

Be fully flexible

Have a minimum of one years experience in a similar position

Be a team player

Be willing to learn new skills

Ideally be HACCP and Food Safety trained

Have an excellent command of the English Language

Barista skills would be preferable but not essential

Full training will be provided.
