Join Our Team as a Christmas Casual Support Worker!
HealthCare NZ is a leading provider of in-home and community-based health, rehabilitation, nursing, mental health, and disability support services.
This holiday season, we’re looking for empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our Community team in Hamilton Central and make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:
Help clients live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support, including:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings & integration
- Medication support
- Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)
- Manual handling & hoist transfers
- Home management tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude & genuine desire to help others
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
- Great communication skills & flexibility to work alternate weekends
- Healthcare qualifications (advantageous)
- Full NZ driver’s licence & reliable transport (most roles)
