Your Impact:
The Cloud Applications Consultant (Korean-speaking) serves as the primary point of contact for implementing customer requests related to adding new trading partners, document types, and connection types. You will leverage your expertise in systems integration and service delivery in this role. Specifically, you will be responsible for creating and updating technical specifications and developing and modifying maps using OpenText translation software. You will also execute integration tasks to deploy these maps to pre-production and production environments. You will also set up Trading Partner connectivity using common communication standards such as FTP, HTTP, AS2, and SFTP.
What the role offers:
- Engages the client to obtain EDI requirements, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of map packages and requirements documentation while developing and maintaining good customer relations.
- Analyzing customer requirements, data integrations, and interfaces.
- Deliver day-to-day implementation requests of Trading Partner and map configurations into the OpenText Managed Services systems.
- Implementing changes for existing data integrations.
- Follow policies and best practice mapping to define map rules based on the client’s requirements.
- Consistently create test cases/scenarios, form test files, run tests, and evaluate reports.
- Investigate and conduct root-cause-analysis for issues/defects raised by the client during client testing.
- Deliver project status updates to clients, delivery/project managers, and counterparts as necessary.
- The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for technology and a high level of proficiency in theKorean language. English fluency is required for internal communication, team meetings, and training, with proficiency in another language considered a significant advantage.
- As a Computer Science or related technical field graduate, you bring a wealth of programming expertise in languages such as Perl, C#, C++, Java, and JavaScript. Your strong commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that you prioritize client needs and deliver exceptional results.
- With exceptional problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, you effectively identify and analyze challenges, separating relevant information from the irrelevant.
