Clover Pos & Merchant Services Sales Representative – Experienced Only (Canada-Wide)

We work with merchants across retail, restaurant, service, and professional sectors — delivering complete, high-performance commerce systems.

We are expanding our Clover division and hiring proven closers who understand the industry, knows the Clover ecosystem, and can consistently produce high-volume deals.

About the Role

This role is for experienced merchant-services professionals only.
You will run a high-velocity pipeline, prospect your own merchants, close Clover POS + processing deals, and drive upgrades, rentals, and add-ons.

This is a commission-only independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. We provide support, quoting tools, CRM access, and deal assistance — you focus purely on production.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Prospecting

Drive new Clover POS opportunities through targeted field outreach and strategic prospecting

  • Build and expand a pipeline across restaurants, retail, salons, convenience, and other SMB verticals
  • Identify high-value merchant opportunities and execute aggressive follow-up sequences

Clover-Focused Sales Execution

  • Present and demonstrate Clover hardware (Station Duo, Station Solo, Mini, Flex, Register, Kiosk)
  • Walk merchants through workflows, modifiers, printers, networking, and app marketplace integrations
  • Structure pricing, rentals/leases, and processing proposals that close fast and cleanly
  • Prepare merchant applications, equipment documents, and underwriting packages

Account Management & Upsells

  • Manage your merchant portfolio and identify upgrade opportunities (devices, printers, kitchen screens, apps)
  • Maintain strong retention and increase merchant value over time
  • Drive referrals from your installed base

Operational & CRM Discipline

  • Use Pipedrive to track communication, tasks, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
  • Maintain accurate notes, attachments, and deal progress in the CRM
  • Coordinate with our internal support team for underwriting, boarding, and activation

What You Bring

  • 2 years of direct Clover, Fiserv, or merchant-services POS sales (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Clover products and guidelines
  • Ability to run the entire sales cycle independently
  • Proven track record of closing multiple POS deals per month
  • Solid communication and merchant-facing skillset
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and capable of operating at a high-performance level

Compensation

  • 100% commission (Independent Contractor)
  • Typical earnings: $600 – $3,000+ per deal
  • Weekly payouts after activation
  • High-tier bonuses available for exceeding quotas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,500.00-$121,750.31 per year
